Labor management committees can be useful in maintaining and improving a collective bargaining relationship between parties during the life of a collective bargaining agreement. A labor-management committee can provide a forum to resolve contract administration issues and non-contract work related issues. Tailored to your needs, this program is designed for labor/management committees performing an ongoing role maintaining communications between the employer and the bargaining unit during the life of a collective bargaining agreement. A primary focus in this training is communication and inter-personal skills.
