New to bargaining? This workshop will introduce you to the collective bargaining process: preparing for bargaining; understanding the different bargaining models; the importance of clear and ongoing communication between the parties; subjects for bargaining; and ratification and implementation of the collective bargaining agreement. You’ll learn about the importance of administering the contract, and how labor-management committees can enhance communication and your ongoing relationship.

This interactive, half-day workshop is offered jointly to the labor and management bargaining teams for individual bargaining units.
