PERC is proud to announce a series of FREE labor relations workshops that we will offer throughout the state. Our workshops are designed to provide practical information on a number of recurring issues in the labor relations field. Collective bargaining agreements can now be pre-filed with PERC and will be given a reference number that can be cited in lieu of filing paper copies. The Pre-Filing Request Form can be found on our Forms and Publications Page.
