Kim Vo filed a claim for employer interference and discrimination in violation of RCW 41.80.110(1), by its actions concerning Vo. Vo solely alleged age discrimination. The Commission has no jurisdiction over age discrimination claims. A deficiency notice was issued. Vo did not respond. The complaint was dismissed.
