DECISION 10520 (PSRA)

Kenneth Reidt filed a claim for union interference, discrimination, and refusal to bargain in violation of RCW 41.80.110(2), by the union’s actions involving Reidt and the custodial floor crew at Eastern Washington University. Reidt did not provide a statement of facts nor a remedy request in compliance with WAC 391-45-050. The Commission does not permit class action complaints. Reidt had no standing to process a refusal to bargain allegation. A deficiency notice was issued. Reidt did not respond. The complaint was dismissed.
