DECISION 10519 (PECB)
Debbie Schreibeis filed a claim for employer interference and discrimination in violation of RCW 41.56.140(1), by terminating her employment. Schreibeis submitted only correspondence and did not submit a statement of facts in compliance with WAC 391-45-050. Much of the material was untimely. It was not apparent from the materials whether Schreibeis was an employee and a union member. A deficiency notice was issued. Schreibeis did not respond. The complaint was dismissed.
