The union filed a claim for employer interference in violation of RCW 41.56.140(1), by the employer’s breach of the collective bargaining agreement. The Commission does not assert jurisdiction to remedy violations of collective bargaining agreements through unfair labor practice proceedings. A deficiency notice was issued. The union did not respond. The complaint was dismissed.
