DECISION 10157-B (PECB)

The Commission affirms the Executive Director’s decision finding that all classified employees at the State’s technical college may collectively bargain under the general provisions of Chapter 41.56 RCW, regardless of whether the employee was exempt from civil service under RCW 41.06.070(2).
