DECISION 10048 (PSRA)

Issues: Union filed complaint alleging employer refusal to bargain in violation of RCW 41.80.110(1)(e) [and if so, derivative “interference” in violation of RCW 41.80.110(1)(a)], by refusing to provide information concerning disciplinary and termination proceedings for a bargaining unit member. The complaint was untimely and the remedy request improperly asked for reinstatement and back pay, rather than an order requiring the employer to provide the information. A deficiency notice was issued. The union did not file and amended complaint.

The complaint was dismissed based on untimeliness and its inappropriate remedy request.
