DECISION 10021 (CCOL)

Issues: Andrew Johnson (Johnson) filed separate complaints against the Bellevue Community College Association of Higher Education (union) and the Association’s executive board (union council). The allegations concerned internal union elections to which Johnson took exception.

The Commission does not have jurisdiction over union elections. In addition, there was no basis for a separate claim against the union council. A deficiency notice was issued for both cases. Johnson did not file amended complaints. The complaints were dismissed.
