The above-named petitioner filed a petition for investigation of a
question concerning representation with the Public Employment
Relations Commission, seeking certification as the exclusive
bargaining representative of certain employees of the City of
Chewelah.  An election was conducted and the petitioner held
majority status.  A certification was issued as City of Chewelah,
Decision 10191 (PECB, 2008).

On January 26, 2009, the petitioner filed with the Commission a
written disclaimer of all representation rights in the bargaining unit.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is
                               ORDERED

The certification issued by the Public Employment Relations
Commission in this case is withdrawn.
