     Evelyn Venesky, appeared on behalf of the employer.
    
     Gladys Burbank, appeared on behalf of the petitioner,
     Washington Federation of State Employees.
     
     Eileen Lawrence, appeared on behalf of the intervenor,
     Washington State Residential Care Council.

The ballot count concerning the runoff election in the
above-captioned matter was held on March 26, 2008.   The tally of
ballots was signed by all parties and served upon them on the same
date.  In accordance with WAC 391-25-590, objections were due seven
days after the tally of ballots.  The time period for objections
cannot be extended.  No objections were received by April 2, 2008,
the last date for filing, however, objections from the Washington
State Residential Care Council were received on April 3, 2008. 
Because those objections were untimely, they are hereby dismissed in
their entirety pursuant to WAC 391-25-590.
