PERC Rules Revision Updates
At its April 23, 2008, meeting, the Commission continued the rules adoption process by adopting, amending, or repealing several additional sections of Chaper 391 WAC. A complete copy of all the pertinent changes can be found at the following link:
Please be advised that the rules adoption process is still not complete. A rule regarding self-determination elections is still pending before the Commission. If you would like to comment on the staff proposal, please contact Cathy Callahan at (360) 570-7312 by May 28, 2008, for a copy of the rule.
